19-year-old student, Abdul Malik was waiting for a taxi along this footpath outside Coral Primary School at Pasir Ris Street 51 on Sunday, 2pm (14 January) when it started to rain heavily.Within minutes, "the footpath became flooded". However, he was not the least bit surprised that this had happened as this occurred almost every time it rained.
"It's quite dangerous if the students from the school slip because of this. A lot of residents also use this footpath so hopefully something can be done," he said.
