STOMPer Eber, a flight attendant and resident of Punggol, sent us this photo on 22 October via MMS, of a taxi stand at Compass Point being used as a bicycle stand.He told STOMP:"There is a sign that says, 'No Parking of Bicycles'. But I have seen all the bicycles there for more than a month."It makes me wonder about all the law abiding citizens who keep doing this at Compass Point," he said.
